A long-time resident of the Central Coast, Dr. Rupert Chowins is the Director of Optometric Services for Pacific Eye. Dr. Chowins is a "people person" with a true passion for optometry. His dedication to his patients and top quality care are reflected in his commitment to excellence in all endeavors. An active member of the community, Dr. Chowins has been Morro Bay Citizen of the Year, the Grand Marshall of the Morro Bay Lighted Boat Parade, President of the Rotary Club, and has held numerous other leadership positions and earned multiple civic and professional honors.
