Cataract—See Endurance
Tom Imming, a former pro baseball player, never let anything slow him down. Even at 70, he wore glasses while playing for his championship softball team.
When his optometrist discovered a cataract, she referred him to Pacific Eye immediately. Our team determined that a multifocal lens implant procedure would not only remove the cataract but also let Tom see clearly across all distances without glasses.
These days, Tom continues playing outfield for his team and winning national championships. At his last visit, he said, 'I'm seeing better than I ever had before.' We help remove barriers so our patients can have the best quality of life.
