WHAT IS PACIFIC EYE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE?


1. You will be asked screening questions at appointment confirmation
2. At your appointment, you will be screened at the front door and your temperature will be taken prior to entering the office
3. You are required to wear a mask at all time in the office
4. All staff and providers are required to wear a mask
5. All treatment rooms are disinfected following CDC guidelines between each patient
6. All common areas and counters are disinfected
7. We are seeing fewer patients to ensure social distancing and time between patients for proper infection control

Pacific Eye's Commitment to Safety:

  • All patients and staff are required to wear a mask, covering both the mouth and nose, when in offices.
  • Patients who are coughing, sneezing, have a fever or do not feel well, are asked to promptly leave the facility. Pacific Eye will contact these patients to reschedule appointments.
  • Patients may choose to wait in their vehicles after checking in and be contacted by the office when it is time to be taken back into an exam room.
  • Guests of our patients are asked to wait in their cars for the duration of the patient's visit to reduce impacted waiting areas.
  • Hand sterilizer (of 70% alcohol) is readily available in multiple locations of each office.
  • Virucidal disinfectant cleaners are used on surfaces including door handles, light switches and counter tops throughout our offices.
  • Continue to update our patients and staff as reliable information becomes available of COVID-19.
