As a musician, Dr. Sherman learned that it's all about technique and performance. The same applies to his practice as a board-certified ophthalmologist. His dedication to ophthalmology and his eye care patients shows in his commitment to education and service in the field. Dr. Sherman teaches at Loma Linda's School of Medicine and donates eye care to global communities in need.

Dr. Sherman has researched and published extensively on various topics in ophthalmology. He has earned numerous honors and awards both as an ophthalmologist and as a classical pianist.
